Prior to joining Industrial Packaging Ltd in 2006, Debbie managed a sales team in the telecommunications industry. In IP, she has worked in a number of management positions over the years. As MD since 2014, she oversees all our operational activities and directly manages procurement and HR.
Rob was proud to join the family business in 2010. Prior to this, he had worked in both the Chemical and Marketing industries. As a qualified Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser, Rob is our Pharma, Chemical, Food and Dangerous Goods Packaging expert, as well as looking after our customers.
Gerard joined the Industrial Packaging team in 1996, on completion of an Engineering Degree in Trinity College Dublin. Gerard leads our Engineering team to constantly innovate with processes for increased efficiency and product developments that benefit our customers.
Shay joined us in 1991 and has worked in Sales, Customer Service and Quality roles over the years. As well as providing our clients with meticulous customer service daily, Shay is also responsible for Production in our Cores and Tubes Factory.
Mark joined the team in November 2007 in a sales and business development role. Mark's extensive industry experience and ability to problem-solve and give advice has been a great asset to the Industrial Packaging team and our customers.
Having joined in 2016, Kevin has a background in both warehousing and customer service. He is dedicated to keeping our customers happy and managing our supply chain on a daily basis.
Laura has always worked in family businesses and joined ours in 2010 as our credit control and purchasing expert. She is always ready to help customers and suppliers with enquiries and to solve problems.
Ashling is a qualified account technician and brought 20 years of experience in the area with her, when she joined us in 2019. She looks after Accounts Payable and Payroll and enjoys being one of our key liaisons with suppliers and staff.
