Industrial Packaging is delighted to launch our second formal Customer Experience Survey, launching today. Our commitment to continuous improvement in relation to customer service is reflected in the fact that one of our four core values is to be Customer Focused. And there’s no better way to make sure we are on the right track with customers, than to get feedback on our performance.
The last Customer Experience Survey was carried out in 2023, and the response was generally very positive, with Industrial Packaging being described as offering:
· Great customer service
· Fast and friendly communication
· Reliable partnership
· On time delivery
While we were delighted with the positive outcome, of course there are always areas for improvement, and we are committed to going “From Good to Great”. So a number of actions have been taken since the last survey, in line with some of the suggestions made. This has included:
- Expanded warehouse capacity with a dedicated Distribution Centre.
- As a result, we have been able to reduce lead times and improve logistics, offering a more responsive service to clients.
- Introduced MRP
- Our new supply chain management software has improved productivity and optimised our manufacturing processes.
- Improved signage
- New internal signage covers four critical areas; Delivery, Quality and Standards, Order Accuracy and Communications, and Problem Resolution and Relationship Building.
- Remastered our blogs
- Our blogs have been categorised into general content and Case Studies and Guides, for easy reference.
- Focus on Sustainability
- Sustainability was identified as a key area for customers and as part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we are currently researching more sustainable packaging solutions.
