Prior to joining Industrial Packaging Ltd in 2006, Debbie managed a sales team in the telecommunications industry. In IP, she has worked in a number of management positions over the years. As MD since 2014, she oversees all our operational activities and directly manages procurement and HR.

Rob was proud to join the family business in 2010. Prior to this, he had worked in both the Chemical and Marketing industries. As a qualified Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser, Rob is our Pharma, Chemical, Food and Dangerous Goods Packaging expert, as well as looking after our customers.

Mark joined the team in November 2007 in a sales and business development role. Mark’s extensive industry experience and ability to problem-solve and give advice has been a great asset to the Industrial Packaging team and our customers.

Aisling joined our team in 2021, bringing her expertise to support our industrial container customers in an account management capacity. With a strong background in client relationship management, coupled with her proficiency in operations and training.  Aisling is a valuable addition to our team. Additionally, her qualification as a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) reinforces our commitment to meeting our customers’ safety and compliance needs.

Having joined in 2016, Kevin has a background in both warehousing and customer service. He is dedicated to keeping our customers happy and managing our supply chain on a daily basis.

Kevin joined Industrial Packaging in 2021, bringing with him a wealth of experience primarily from the ICT manufacturing sector. His expertise spans across technical, quality, and operations roles.  Prior to joining us, Kevin actively participated in customer-facing support roles, facilitating direct end-user deliveries in international markets. Kevin’s background positions him as a valuable asset in optimizing production processes and fostering customer satisfaction  

Shay joined us in 1991 and has worked in Sales, Customer Service and Quality roles over the years. As well as providing our clients with meticulous customer service daily, Shay is also responsible for Production in our Cores and Tubes Factory.

Katrina became part of our team in 2022 bringing over 25 years’ experience to Industrial Packaging.  Katrina’s areas of expertise include Sales Support, Order Processing and Production Management. She works alongside Shay our Production Manager for Cores & Tubes, ensuring a high level of customer service.   

Gerard joined the Industrial Packaging team in 1996, on completion of an Engineering Degree in Trinity College Dublin. Gerard leads our Engineering team to constantly innovate with processes for increased efficiency and product developments that benefit our customers.

Ibrahim became a part of our team in late 2022, assuming the role of our HSEQ Manager. Entrusted with overseeing Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, Ibrahim is dedicated to cultivating a culture of continuous improvement within Industrial Packaging.  His expertise drives operational excellence and enhances product quality, aligning with our commitment to meet and exceed customer standards for safety, quality, and environmental sustainability across our operations. 

Bridget became a valued member of our team in early 2022, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the Construction and IT industries. Her role involves providing essential support and leadership within our finance function. Bridget’s diverse background equips her with a broad spectrum of expertise, particularly in driving process improvements and enhancing efficiencies. 

Ashling is a qualified account technician and brought 20 years of experience in the area with her, when she joined us in 2019. She looks after Accounts Payable and Payroll and enjoys being one of our key liaisons with suppliers and staff.

Sean joined our team in 2024, bringing with him over a decade of expertise in Customer Service and Credit Control. His commitment to problem-solving and continuous process improvement has made him a valuable asset to our team.

Mark joined us in 1986 and has worked in production, stores, and logistics roles over the years. Mark is our Warehouse / Dispatch Supervisor in Factory 2, mainly dealing with industrial containers.   He is experienced in optimising warehouse operations and leading our stores team to meet customer requirements while ensuring safety and efficiency. 

Daragh started with us in 2017 and quickly became a dedicated member of our warehouse team.  Daragh is responsible for goods inwards and dispatch in Factory 1.  Daragh has a keen eye for quality and accuracy, ensuring that deliveries meet our customer standards. 

Kris joined us in 2011 and is extremely knowledgeable in relation to core & tube production and industrial container warehousing and distribution. Kris goes above and beyond to keep our customers happy.
